ABOUT ME


As a lifelong dancer, I was devastated when my doctor told me at 18 that I had arthritis in both knees and that I should stop dancing immediately. I thought to myself, " There has to be a better way." I took it upon myself to take kinesiology, anatomy and nutrition classes. Learning about the human movement system and how to not only get rid of my pain, but become stronger, made me want to help others do the same. After spending several years training in a gym, I moved to California and started my business. As a competitive bodybuilder, I know what it takes to stay committed to my goals while still taking care of my mental health. I work with a wide range of clients, so whether you are recovering from surgery, dealing with nerve pain, want to lose weight, learn how to lift weights, or just be able to touch your toes, I am here to support and teach you how to safely and effectively reach your goals.
