After completing my BFA in dance in 2004, I knew I was meant to teach movement. As an athlete with a passion for fitness, as well as education in nutrition and anatomy, I pursued my dream of becoming a personal trainer in 2013 and opened my own business in 2016.

Injury prevention is important to me. I want you to get the best results out of your program without nagging aches and pains. I am certified in Pre/Postnatal Exercise, Corrective Exercise, Fitness Nutrition, Weight Loss, Women's Health and Virtual Coaching.

PERSONALIZED EXERCISE PROGRAMS

I create monthly exercise programs that are customized to your goals, injuries and available equipment (at home or the gym). Each exercise has video and written instructions, as well as what weight, repetitions, sets as well as weekly progressions. Workouts are sent out on a monthly basis. Going on vacation or need to work towards a new goal? Just let me know and I will adjust your next month's workouts so you can keep working towards your goals.

NUTRITION

Confused on where to start with nutrition? Overwhelmed with what 'diet' is the 'best'? Working with me on your nutrition includes weekly check ins, goal setting and nutrition education. Depending on your needs and goals, we work on tailoring your nutrition plan to fit your lifestyle and achieve weekly and monthly goals. We will be in contact every week to check in and set goals. Whether it is habit building, aiming for specific macronutrients/calories, or working on overall nutrition for a disease such as diabetes, heart disease or Chron's, we will work together to create sustainable healthy eating habits.

Mobility Training

MOBILITY

You do not need to live in pain. With experience in a large range of injuries, including but not limited to, carpal tunnel, disc herniation/surgery, knee surgery, ankle sprains and more. Trying to build strength? Mobility is key; after all, you can't strengthen what you can't move. I incorporate active mobility into your workouts based on your physical needs and limitations.
